Set Dosa

2 cups rice 
1 cup split black lentils / urad dal
1 tspn fenugreek seeds (soaked in water)
salt to taste
Oil to spray on the pan

1) Soak the rice and dal separately for 8- 10 hours
2) Grind them using little water to smooth batter. Add the fenugreek seeds while grinding.
3) Add salt and let it ferment overnight or for 8-10 hours
4) In the morning, use the batter to make dosas. On a hot griddle, brush some oil (avoid if you are using nonstick  pan
5) Using a ladle drop some batter and move swiftly to spread it in circular motion.
6) When cooked on one side flip over. 

Serve hot with chutney of vadai curry.
