Portuguese Meal

Blogging marathon # 44 - Next halt - Portugal
Portuguese food influence is commonly found in Goan food owing to the colonial rule in the state. Portuguese culture finds it footprints across all parts of the world and many fusion recipes have been developed around it.

The recipes I chose originally were closer to the Spanish but I decided to hold on to that country for now and focussed on the modern day Portuguese meal and a healthier ones. A few national dishes in the mix and I had a beautiful evening meal.
