2 cups full fat cream milk
1 tspn sugar (optional)
Method
1) In a pan heat the milk and sugar. Do not let it boil over but it should be warm enough
2) In a large cup, add the chocolate pieces (3:1) dark  and milk both.
3) Pour a couple of tspn warm milk and stir it gently for the chocolate to melt in
4) Once it is fully melted, gradually add the rest of the milk. Pour from top if you prefer froth.
